A healthy relationship with your partner is important!

  • Talk to your partner about any changes in your sexual needs and desire.
  • Try and set aside a time in daylight hours with your partner to explain your symptoms. Together discuss what you might do to alleviate symptoms. i.e. what will help and what will not help the symptoms.
  • Work on your relationship. Take time to be together, hold hands, and try new activities.
  • Plenty of foreplay - don't rush it!
