Sex Drive - ADAM

Keep fit for sex:

  • Take regular exercise, at least two 20 minute walks per day (10,000 steps).
  • Keep your weight in check with an ideal Body Mass Index (BMI) of 25.
  • Eat a healthy diet high in fruits and vegetables, and low in saturated fat and salt like the Mediterranean diet.
  • Refrain from smoking, and be moderate with alcohol (no more than 14 units per week).
