Sex Drive - ADAM

Do talk about your sexual health and needs:

  • Should your erections become less strong or if you experience a decrease in stamina, don’t ignore it! Go see your GP for a check-up.
  • Increase foreplay and ensure that you are not too tired when you have sex. Have sex in the daylight.
  • Erections are good for erections, "if you don't use it, you lose it."
  • Having sex is healthy. Sexual intercourse and masturbation is healthy for the penis.
